How to send a dead battery? Please read?

I have a Xperia X10 and I need to go to the battery flat because if I turn it off for the night there will not be enough power for the next day, but if I leave it overnight, it will go flat in the morning. Help please.

I think something is wrong with the battery honestly.There is no way to make a battery "flat". My suggestion would get a new battery or get an extended battery that will increase the battery life much.
